I just moved Hermes off Discord onto my own self-hosted Buzz relay.

A Claude session:

• installed Buzz relay
• replicated my channels 1:1
• dropped Hermes in

Every chat lives locally now, on my own machine.

I can bring Grok, Codex, and Claude into the same rooms too.
